India, rich in culture, language, religion, and land richness has achieved a prominent place as the best destination in the world. Other tourist attractions that are close to Shillong include Moussinaram, Cherrapunji, and Dakki. Taj Mahal:

 Ladakh of India:

Ladakh is a vast area in northern and eastern Kashmir. It is one of the largest regions in the world, and it consists of high plain and deep valleys. This place opened to tourists in 1970 and since then it has become one of the favorite places for climbers and those who like to trek or move. Ladakh’s main tourist attraction is the nine-storey structure, which is built in the sixteenth century. It was once the tallest building in the world. This palace is being restored by the Archaeological Survey of India, but it is open to the public. If you go to vacation in Ladakh, then another place is Nubra Valley which is essential for visiting. It is the only place in India where tourists can see the pair of humming baked camels in the desert, located 10,000 feet high.
The Valley is located approximately 150 kilometers away from the capital city of Ladakh (Leh), but depending on the speed of the trip and the other things such as the military troop movement, how long it can take. Darjeeling:

In West Bengal, India is located in Darjeeling. Darjeeling is famous for its natural beauty, tea and Darjeeling Himalayan Railway. The popularity of Darjeeling has increased since the British Raj, especially when it was formed as its summer capital.
